  • Not always! The dolphins are resident in Port Phillip Bay inhibiting the 2000sq Kms, however we operate our Dolphin Swim season over the time the dolphins are spotted on a regular basis October - April each. Don’t forget we offer a dolphins guarantee, so if you don’t see dolphins on your tour you can come back free of charge.

  • Leave that to us! Should the weather be unsuitable we will contact you prior to your tour and advise you of any cancellations or changes. If you’re concerned please call us so we can assist you 0359844211

  • Our boats are purpose built for our conditions, they are super wide and are extremely stable. We rarely encounter any seasickness and offer treatment onboard if you’re feeling unwell. Plus all our tours are inside Port Phillip Bay so we are not our in the open ocean where you encounter large waves and swell.

  • Of course, the owner of the company has three children and has designed the tours and the boat to cater for families and young children, if you have questions on what tour would best suit your child give us a call 0359844211 Children are well catered for and we have all the equipment including life jackets, pool noodles and full length wetsuits for all ages.

  • Port Phillip Bay is a very shallow body of water and the majority of our swimming locations are in very shallow water. At certain times of the year and if the water is cloudy we use an electronic device called Shark Shield, this provides guests with complete protection and peace of mind, leaving you to enjoy the experience and focus on fun.

  • Yes, bookings are essential and will ensure you can travel at the date and time you wish.

  • For any cruise bookings made directly you can obtain a refund 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure. If you have purchased a ticket or booked via an agent, online seller or 3rd party refunds and booking changes are only issued by that agent and within the conditions they offer.

  • Our shorter cruises are perfect for all ages, however children of all ages must always be under adult supervision.

    On our longer cruises we ask that you are confident your infant/child will okay for the duration of the cruise and you have sufficient formula (if reuqired), nappies or items for the duration of the cruise. We have hot water, microwave and accept small prams onboard for your convenance.

  • Guests must check-in prior to departure, we advise a minimum of 15mins. If you arrive at the departure time and not prior you may not have time to collect your snorkelling equipment and then will miss going swimming.

    If you fail to turn up, your tickets will be cancelled you can contact the booking office within 3 business days to have these re-issued, however this will incur a 50% re booking fee.

  • If you can not swim and have no swimming skills we can not offer you a swimmings experience. We do not like saying no however it is for your safety. We operate in open water and environmental factors require basic swimming skills.

    All snorkelling activities have qualified experienced guides and instructors, both in the water and on the boat assisting guests, however we can not offer swimming lessons or one on one private help unless arranged prior.

  • Overcast days! Don’t think animals are affected by the lack of sunshine, to be honest they are often more social and seeking out interaction as the bay is quiet. Recreational boat users are not usually out on an overcast day so don’t be deterred.

    From our employees recommendations they always recommend quiet days outside the busy summer school holidays, weekends and public holidays. During this time the bay is filled with other watercraft and the animals can be less likely to interact due to the volume of traffic.
